The following Privacy Policy applies to the hire of Lowsonford Village Hall:

Lowsonford Village Hall will not pass your details to any 3rd parties without your prior approval.
Any details you give us will be stored by Lowsonford Village Hall for the use of Lowsonford Village Hall services only. If you would like your contact details changed or removed from our records, please email your request to: bookings@lowsonfordvillagehall.org.uk and they will be deleted and not used except for historical accounting purposes.
Should your data be breached or accessed unlawfully, we will inform you that a breach has occurred.

Purpose and consent for collection

Data for which Lowsonford Village Hall is the Data Controller.
